"Sharing my Amazon experience with Derm PA, Alissa! It was my first time getting lip fillers and it was such a positive experience throughout. Before starting the actually process Alissa and her assistant had put on a numbing cream and we talked about my outcome desires as far as volume and height. Given it’s my first time I didn’t really know how to prep or what to expect so I appreciated the info that Alissa shared every step of the process. It overall made me feel more comfortable and confident. I was still nervous about pain but Alissa offered a vibrating tool to use as a distraction and it 100% worked. I used it the whole time. Pain level was probably a 3/10. And in total it was about an hour process. I was most amazed at the recovery because it’s basically nonexistent. Immediately after I went on a 6 hour road trip. This meant nominal time putting an ice pack. Some swelling of course but no actual pain. I was able to eat, drink, brush my teeth all normally. I was scared I’d feel pain brushing that night but I distinctly remember being so shocked that there was no after pain. Healing overall took a couple of weeks which is normal but I was back online taking video meetings for work the next day. No one even noticed! Ultimately I wanted a little height on the top lip and volume but still being very natural. And I got exactly that. But most importantly they now look so hydrated which I’ve always struggled with having the fine lines on my lips. All that to say I had the best experience and results with Alissa (and team) and would do it all over again with her!"

"I am so upset right now, I was a new client going in for my very first visit for Botox , my appointment was at 4pm and they literally just called me at 3:05pm to tell me she is rescheduling my appointment to Tuesday, not even giving me the option or explaining why. This appointment was reserved one month ago. That is very unprofessional and they definitely lost a new client. The girl in the front needs training she comes off as very rude and is always calling out. They should’ve given me a heads up at least one to two days before but one hour before the procedure is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. ***UPDATE*** The Office Manager Eloísa called me to apologize for the bad experience I encountered. She made me feel comfortable and secure enough to give them a chance to do the services I wanted. I went in on 4/12 and had a great experience with Eloisa, Michelle and Lora. Overall I do recommend Sandhu Dermatology, thank you ladies for the great experience."

"I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years to see the Nurse Practitioner Michelle and I am very happy pleased with how she takes the time to get to know her patients. I’ve had great experiences with her Botox, fillers and appreciate her honesty with more conservative treatments rather than taking my money like other places do. If you’re going to come here I would highly recommend Michelle the Nurse Practitioner!"

"What a wonderful establishment. I went in for a Botox consult & ended up with the treatment! The front receptionist really helped calm my nerves too. Michelle answered every question I had. The wait time was nothing, I was in & out in about 40 minutes being a new patient. I'll definitely be going here & here only!"

"I love this location (private/modern), the whole building is dedicated to their services offered, not wedged in a place. Received botox and laser removal, both went wonderfully. Retha is the best. My only concern I have to make the place better, is that I noticed the foot pedal for the laser removal has to be moved to be accessed for use. Got it. But, what I didnt like was the technician or nurse would pick it up off the floor, move it and then proceed with services handling the equipment and touching my face. No removing of the gloves, washing hands, and replacing gloves. (worried). The pedal is for their feet to start the machine or laser process!!!! Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients.I just wish that cleaning, sanitizing was as up to par, as the quality of location, services, prices, and office professionalism. Other than that I love this place, its cute and can be more classy after cleaning.  Just please clean everything and wipe it all down!!! Check it out, its the best place in the AV, feels like walking into Stevenson Ranch lol for comparison."

"I suffer with Hyperhidrosis and Dr. Sandhu and his office were able to help me out with my craniofacial hyperhidrosis. I work a medical job that is high stress and would cause me to get anxious and sweat profusely like i had just gotten out of the shower. I was able to receive botox on the scalp and it has made a world of difference. Thank you Dr. Sandhu and team!"

"Exceeded my expectations!!! Having never had Botox before I was somewhat nervous. As soon as I walked into Dr. Sandhu's office I felt so relaxed. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. The decor in the waiting room is so cute and makes you feel right at home. They even have flavored water to drink while you wait. Nurse Michelle was amazing. She took her time to explain everything about the procedure to me in detail before she began. She answered all my questions. She has a wonderful approach to giving the injections that I hardly felt anything. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Sandhu's office for more treatments.Great experience :)"
