Sharing my Amazon experience with Derm PA, Alissa! It was my first time getting lip fillers and it was such a positive experience throughout. Before starting the actually process Alissa and her assistant had put on a numbing cream and we talked about my outcome desires as far as volume and height. Given it’s my first time I didn’t really know how to prep or what to expect so I appreciated the info that Alissa shared every step of the process. It overall made me feel more comfortable and confident. I was still nervous about pain but Alissa offered a vibrating tool to use as a distraction and it 100% worked. I used it the whole time. Pain level was probably a 3/10. And in total it was about an hour process. I was most amazed at the recovery because it’s basically nonexistent. Immediately after I went on a 6 hour road trip. This meant nominal time putting an ice pack. Some swelling of course but no actual pain. I was able to eat, drink, brush my teeth all normally. I was scared I’d feel pain brushing that night but I distinctly remember being so shocked that there was no after pain. Healing overall took a couple of weeks which is normal but I was back online taking video meetings for work the next day. No one even noticed! Ultimately I wanted a little height on the top lip and volume but still being very natural. And I got exactly that. But most importantly they now look so hydrated which I’ve always struggled with having the fine lines on my lips. All that to say I had the best experience and results with Alissa (and team) and would do it all over again with her!
