I love this location (private/modern), the whole building is dedicated to their services offered, not wedged in a place. Received botox and laser removal, both went wonderfully. Retha is the best. My only concern I have to make the place better, is that I noticed the foot pedal for the laser removal has to be moved to be accessed for use. Got it. But, what I didnt like was the technician or nurse would pick it up off the floor, move it and then proceed with services handling the equipment and touching my face. No removing of the gloves, washing hands, and replacing gloves. (worried). The pedal is for their feet to start the machine or laser process!!!! Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients.I just wish that cleaning, sanitizing was as up to par, as the quality of location, services, prices, and office professionalism. Other than that I love this place, its cute and can be more classy after cleaning. Just please clean everything and wipe it all down!!! Check it out, its the best place in the AV, feels like walking into Stevenson Ranch lol for comparison.
What a wonderful establishment. I went in for a Botox consult & ended up with the treatment! The front receptionist really helped calm my nerves too. Michelle answered every question I had. The wait time was nothing, I was in & out in about 40 minutes being a new patient. I'll definitely be going here & here only!
I had Botox done between my eyebrows and it's made a world of difference for my deep crease I had I love it their staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable
I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years to see the Nurse Practitioner Michelle and I am very happy pleased with how she takes the time to get to know her patients. I’ve had great experiences with her Botox, fillers and appreciate her honesty with more conservative treatments rather than taking my money like other places do. If you’re going to come here I would highly recommend Michelle the Nurse Practitioner!
I am so upset right now, I was a new client going in for my very first visit for Botox , my appointment was at 4pm and they literally just called me at 3:05pm to tell me she is rescheduling my appointment to Tuesday, not even giving me the option or explaining why. This appointment was reserved one month ago. That is very unprofessional and they definitely lost a new client. The girl in the front needs training she comes off as very rude and is always calling out. They should’ve given me a heads up at least one to two days before but one hour before the procedure is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. ***UPDATE*** The Office Manager Eloísa called me to apologize for the bad experience I encountered. She made me feel comfortable and secure enough to give them a chance to do the services I wanted. I went in on 4/12 and had a great experience with Eloisa, Michelle and Lora. Overall I do recommend Sandhu Dermatology, thank you ladies for the great experience.
