"I am so upset right now, I was a new client going in for my very first visit for Botox , my appointment was at 4pm and they literally just called me at 3:05pm to tell me she is rescheduling my appointment to Tuesday, not even giving me the option or explaining why. This appointment was reserved one month ago. That is very unprofessional and they definitely lost a new client. The girl in the front needs training she comes off as very rude and is always calling out. They should’ve given me a heads up at least one to two days before but one hour before the procedure is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. ***UPDATE*** The Office Manager Eloísa called me to apologize for the bad experience I encountered. She made me feel comfortable and secure enough to give them a chance to do the services I wanted. I went in on 4/12 and had a great experience with Eloisa, Michelle and Lora. Overall I do recommend Sandhu Dermatology, thank you ladies for the great experience."

"What a wonderful establishment. I went in for a Botox consult & ended up with the treatment! The front receptionist really helped calm my nerves too. Michelle answered every question I had. The wait time was nothing, I was in & out in about 40 minutes being a new patient. I'll definitely be going here & here only!"

I work a medical job that is high stress and would cause me to get anxious and sweat profusely like i had just gotten out of the shower. "Exceeded my expectations!!! Having never had Botox before I was somewhat nervous. As soon as I walked into Dr. Sandhu's office I felt so relaxed. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. The decor in the waiting room is so cute and makes you feel right at home. They even have flavored water to drink while you wait. Nurse Michelle was amazing. She took her time to explain everything about the procedure to me in detail before she began. She answered all my questions. She has a wonderful approach to giving the injections that I hardly felt anything. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Sandhu's office for more treatments.Great experience :)"
